Two years ago, Raccoon City survived a biohazard outbreak that nearly erased it from the map. The government called it contained. Umbrella disappeared. The city rebuilt. Now a signal from the Arklay Mountains says otherwise. “Containment failure. Specimen active.” Hikers vanish. Wildlife is found mutilated. A recovery team never returns. Then a mutated body appears inside city limits — altered, adaptive, and unlike the original infection. Hospitals fill with unexplained fevers. Military patrols increase. Umbrella’s security presence doubles. This strain incubates longer. Moves smarter. Survives harsher conditions. Raccoon City endured once. It may not survive again.

A Resident Evil Roleplay Server Ever since Raccoon City, the world has never truly recovered. B.O.W.s are no longer rumors whispered behind locked doors. They are weapons, experiments, mistakes, and nightmares made real. Some call biological warfare a necessary evil. Others call it a war crime. Either way, the threat continues to grow. Years after the destruction of Raccoon City, familiar survivors are drawn back together by a distress call from deep within South America. Jill Valentine receives the transmission first, but what begins as a rescue mission soon threatens to uncover something far more dangerous. Chris Redfield now leads the Hound Wolf Squad under his own command. Leon Kennedy continues his work within the DSO, still carrying the weight of Raccoon City. Claire Redfield fights through TerraSave, Sherry Birkin stands beside the DSO, and Carlos Oliveira is pulled back into a past he thought he had left behind. This mission may not be world-ending, but for those who survived September 30th, 1998, it is personal.
