Welcome to OCD Café ☕️! This is a safe and supportive space for those dealing with OCD. Our café themed server offers channels for different subtypes, reaction roles, Pluralkit for systems, and a community that welcomes all identities and experiences. We are alterhuman and plural friendly, run by two systems, and we do not discriminate based on origin, type, identity, or introject sources. We support well-informed self-dx and understand the challenges of accessing resources. In addition to our supportive community, we have an advice desk, encourage sharing coping and harm-reduction advice, provide a channel for BFRBs, a daydreaming channel, and a space for discussing comorbid disorders.
