More villains, more attacks.. and it got to the point where two new teams in the Teen Titans were to be formed. Robin knew they needed help, they were running themselves ragged with the increase in attacks. Thus forming the Bravo and Omega Titan Teams at the tower to help. In the shadows Slade is seeking like-minded evil to join the ranks of the organization he is creating called the Shadow Brotherhood, a group of bad people and villains who seek to take over places, people, Earth, whatever they desire. You have to be recruited by them (either a Titan or Brotherhood spot) to gain a position within them, you will not start off with a position.
