The city itself wasn't always like this though, it wasn't until a company named the Palmer Foundation set up a base in Redbourne and started to Promote team Dreadnaught. Team Dreadnaught performed highly in many tournaments both singles and teams to the point the Palmer Foundation curated a Ranking system within the city with points being earned based on card fights and events held by the Palmer Foundation with the current members of Dreadnought being in the top 3.
