For centuries, the metaphorical river of time and space has been protected by what people refer to as TIMEKEEPERS. Their purpose is to keep reality from breaking, from leading to loops and mistakes in time. They make sure that society outside of their circles does not find out about this, by correcting anomalies and trying to prevent them before they affect the world too much in any way.
