Welcome to The Buddy System! 🌟 This server is a safe and supportive community focused on mental health and trauma recovery. Whether you're a system or not, anyone aged 18 and above is welcome here. We have dedicated channels for DID/OSDD, personal journals (which can be kept private or shared publicly), and venting without the need for trigger warnings. We prioritize creating a safe and respectful environment for our members, which is why the server is SFW. However, we also offer an “intoxication” and NSFW channel that members can opt into if they choose. We also provide resources for general DID/OSDD and RAMCOA-based resources, though access to some of these channels is restricted for the protection and privacy of our members. Additionally, we offer an anonymous confession channel for those who may need a space to share their thoughts and feelings.
